Everything you read, in one calm place.
A feed reader and a read-later app in one, with some extra power tucked in. Follow your feeds, save articles, get your newsletters, even open books and PDFs. It’s quick to sort through, lovely to read in, and happy to read aloud when your eyes are busy.

A feed reader and a read-later app, finally in the same place
You have forty-seven tabs open. A dozen newsletters you swear you’ll get to. A feed reader you abandoned in 2019, a “read later” app that became a “read never” app, and a PDF someone sent you in March.
Broadsheet is the one place all of it goes, and the one place you go to read it.
- Links you save from Safari, Chrome or any app’s share sheet
- RSS feeds, found by topic or brought over in an OPML file
- Newsletters, sent to your own private Broadsheet address so they stop cluttering your email
- YouTube videos, turned into transcripts you can actually skim
- Mastodon and Bluesky bookmarks
- EPUB books and PDFs, because some things are long on purpose
Sort fast, read slow
Your inbox moves quickly. Swipe to archive, star or queue. Filter by source, by topic (Broadsheet sorts those on its own) or by your own tags and smart folders. Show only what’s unread, and the backlog stops shouting at you.
Every article opens on a clean page with no ads, no pop-ups and no “subscribe for 20% off.” Pick a theme, a typeface and how much space you like between lines. Scroll, or turn pages.
When your eyes are busy, tap the headphones. Broadsheet’s natural voices run entirely on your device, so they work on a plane, in a tunnel or in the far corner of the grocery store. Your queue plays like a podcast.
There’s a highlighter, too. Anything you mark ends up in one notebook, and can go on to Readwise, Notion or plain Markdown.Yes, it remembers your highlights in books, PDFs and transcripts as well.
Extra power, tucked out of the way
Book mode
Turn your iPad or iPhone Duo sideways and an article becomes an open book: two pages, a proper page curl, and both pages turning together. The page curl was not strictly necessary. We did it anyway.
Morning Edition
A short paper of what’s new, put together on your phone overnight and waiting with your coffee. You decide what goes in it.
Ask the article
Get a summary, or ask a question and get an answer from the article itself. Topics sort your library on their own. All of it runs on your device with Apple Intelligence, so your reading never goes to a server.
A keyboard for everything
On the Mac (or an iPad with a keyboard), J and K move through your list, E archives, S stars, Q queues and L starts listening. Press ⌘/ to see the rest.
For the tinkerers
The Mac app includes a built-in MCP server and a command-line tool, so Claude, Codex and your own scripts can search, save and file things in your library.
$ broadsheet search "space shuttle"
3 results, 2 unread, 1 already in your queue
Coming from somewhere else?
Pocket refugees, Omnivore orphans and Instapaper loyalists are all welcome. Bring your export file and your titles, tags, stars and archive come along. Feed readers can hand over an OPML file.
Private, in a boring way
There’s no Broadsheet account to make. Your library lives on your devices and in your own iCloud, where we can’t see it. The AI features and voices run on your device. There are no ads and no tracking. The most interesting thing we know about you is nothing.
Read the privacy policy, which is short.
